Problem

The prototype implementation exists but there are no concrete artifacts proving that the resulting dashboards tell a coherent KPI narrative for the target connector. Without validation—rendered screenshots, sample outputs, and documented reproduction steps—there is no evidence that the pack authoring model produces dashboards that an analyst would actually find useful. Claims about narrative quality remain unsubstantiated, making it impossible to get stakeholder buy-in for the next milestone or to identify which aspects of the pack template need improvement.
