    Objective

    Define and deliver the first milestone for analyst pilot use: a functional batch of basic charts that supports real repeated analyst work without bespoke engineering per chart.

    Deliverables

    • [ ] Ship a small basic chart batch that supports at least one real weekly analyst workflow without bespoke chart-by-chart engineering.
    • [ ] Capture representative examples and explicit non-goals for the batch.
    • [ ] Leave style packages, evaluation ownership, design assertions, and dashboard composition to milestone-linked follow-on initiatives.
