Problem

The prototype proved the rendering pipeline works end-to-end, but it was built to validate the core loop — not to be production-complete. Known gaps exist in hover/tooltip interactions, keyboard navigation, screen reader accessibility, responsive sizing, and edge-case chart types. Without a documented inventory of these gaps ranked by severity and user impact, subsequent milestones risk either rediscovering issues ad hoc or shipping with silent accessibility and interaction holes that erode trust with early adopters.
