Prototype validation and proof

Problem

The prototype deployment exists but lacks concrete evidence that critical integration paths actually work. Billing flows through Stripe, warehouse connectivity from Cloud Run to customer databases, and Fivetran platform handoff points have not been validated with repeatable test artifacts. Without proof that these operations succeed end-to-end, the team risks building production infrastructure on untested assumptions.
