Problem

The initial Cloud Suite prototype existed but had not been validated with concrete proof artifacts or repeatable demonstration steps. Without validation, the team could not confirm that the workspace and sharing model actually worked end-to-end, and stakeholders had no evidence to evaluate whether the approach was sound before investing in pilot-readiness work.
