Problem

After building and validating the Cloud Suite prototype, known gaps and risks in the account/project lifecycle had not been systematically documented. Without a clear inventory of what was missing or fragile — authentication, permissions, project setup edge cases — the team risked carrying hidden issues into pilot work and discovering them under pressure instead of addressing them proactively.
